The Story
It is a story as old as time: everything starts with the discovery of fire thousands of years ago. Behold! A courageous human is on the verge of something new that will change the course of history (at least culinary history). He wants to see what happens when he holds meat above the fire, yet he will burn himself if he gets too close. What should he do? He sees a branch, takes it to skewer the meat and holds it above the fire. There it is, the first kebab in human history and its master, the first Kebab Man.
Thousands of years have passed by since that day and the kebab has maintained. It has become available in multiple variations as humans have experimented with different ways to combine meat with re. Different cultures have different ways to prepare their meat dishes, but this collection is about the middle eastern kebab, or rather the amazing men that prepare them.
The Kebab Man NFT Collection pays homage to the thousands of men, that have left their home countries and established little shops all around the world to bless us with the wonder that is the kebab. May their smiles be minted to remain in the blockchain forever.
